Unable to Connect internet

Hello,

I have just bougt the Orbi AC3000 kit. I am unable to get an internet connection when connected directly to my gb broadband modem - Zyxel PMG1005-T20A (Gigabit Ethernet LAN interface). I have read about similar problems with other routers, and suggestions are to use the router in vlan 101 mode. Is this a possibility? Or do you have any other solutions?

My broadband provider is hiper.dk

    Have you tried to bridge your ISP modem or run orbi in AP mode while connected to the modem?
