Unable to enable remote access - Registered to another account
When I am trying to enable remote access it syas "This netgear device is already registered with another account.
I bought it from Amamazon yesterday. Please help

This does happen when a product has been returned to Amazon and resold. What seems to work best is to send a private message to one of the system moderators (by clicking on their "at name", such as Blanca_O They all have that "N" after their name.) Netgear prefers that customers not put private information on the public forum, so in the private message you can give the details, i.e.
- Who you are (name, address)
- Serial number of the Orbi
- When purchased from Amazon
My guess is the minions at Amazon who process returns have no convenient method to determine if the product got "registered" before being returned.

- EntnxAspirantHaving similar issue. Was working fine till after the update when I started getting the message the device is already registered to another account.
