Update Orbi satellite offline through computer?
Im having issues with my satellite, it wont connect to the router.
Ive done a factory reset without luck.
There is a new update available and as I understand I need to update the satellite before router.
So, is it possible to update the firmware by connecting the satellite with ethernet cable to computer?
If yes, how do I connect?

Wire connect 1 PC to the back of the RBS. Factory reset the RBS, wait about 5 minute. The PC will get a IP address from the satellite. it will be 192.168.1.250. Use this IP address in a web browser to log in to the satellites web page. Log in as admin and password. Use the satellites web page FW update feature to select the FW update file that was unpacked from the .zip file. Then factory reset and then re-sync the satellites to the RBR.

- Thanks, I was able to upgrade to new firmware.
However, did not fix ny issue. Internet still goes offline.So do you have internet with the RBR if the RBS is not connected?
When the RBS is connected and your connecting thru the RBS, the RBS fails here?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
