Using genie to enable guest wifi

Question

After i updated the netgear orbi to 1.12.0.18 , im not able to enable guest wifi using the genie app. It says router does not support guest wifi. Before i update to this latest firmware it's working well. Please help.

My Genie app updated to a new version last night&nbsp;Version 3.1.36 dated 29 Aug 2017&nbsp;It might be worth checking if you are on the latest release.

Bing-Stroller:&nbsp;I am updated to the latest version of the Genie app on my cell phone:&nbsp; 3.1.36.&nbsp;Every time I try to access the Guest WiFi, it tells me that "This router do not support guest WiFi."&nbsp;Now if I use the Genie app on my PC, which is version 2.4.26, it accesses the Guest WiFi just fine.&nbsp;So it sounds like to me there is a bug in the cell phone version of the Genie app.&nbsp;BillYoung

Same issue here as well. &nbsp;Also another issue that has been around for many many months is if you click on the "Network Map" button in Genie all devices show 100% signal strength which is bogus! and link rate as N/A so is Engineering ever going to fix this or continue to ignore? they have acknowledge the issue many months ago.&nbsp;

You have to use the Orbi app
