Video buffering and slow internet
Same issue since firmware upgrade. Streaming TV shows buffer and video calls freeze.

Not much to go on.
What NG product are you referring too?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.There's a support site with access to manuals, firmware, install guides, etc.
Go to https://www.netgear.com/support/
Type in your model number and from there it'll take you to the above.

Firmware: V2.7.4.24 (latest version)Internet Provider: Spectrum
Modem: Technicolor ET2251
Issue only started happened when I upgraded to latest version. Will go back to previous version of Firmware unless
there is a fix for the current one.
Seems pretty clear to me: update firmware, issues arise. If manually loading the previous firmware makes the issues go away, that's all you can do at this time. (Please check your private messages in a few minutes.)
