Voice Sync delays on some websites!

Hi All,

 

I have an RBR50 and RBR50S and ultimately for the last few years it has been working absolutely fine however recently I have been having issues with BBC iPlayer and some websites where there is a half a second or at times a second audio sync delay. 

I am not sure what this can be but points to the network as I have checked on extrernal networks and this issue does not exist using the same hardware.
I have also tried my phone and three other laptops in my house on the same network and sadly the same issue with voice sync/delays are apparant.

Any one know what it could be and how to troubleshoot/resolve?

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
     
    What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
    What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
     
    Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or may not be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
     
    Try disabling the following and see:
    Armor, Circle, Traffic Meter, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s). Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
