VPN stopped working after switch to Orbi

Ever since I switched from my Verizon router to the Orbi, both of the VPNs for my two jobs have stopped working.  I don't think this is coincidence.  One uses the built in VPN on Windows, the other the VPN is set up through the Mac OS.  It doesn't seem to matter if I'm wired or wireless.  It acts like it connects just fine but then can't find any resources on the VPN network.

 

Firmware is 2.2.1.210

 

Any thoughts on what to try?  The best I got from my IT guy at work was to reboot the router (didn't work).

    This can be caused by conflicts of IP addresses in your network.

    Is the Orbi set in Router Mode? (check it in the web GUI under >> ADVANCED >> Advanced Setup >> Router/AP Mode).

    If in router mode, then please make sure that you ISP router is bridged and does not provide any DHCP services. Otherwise you need to change Orbi to AP Mode instead.

      Thanks for the response.  I am not using my ISP's router.  My orbi is in router mode and plugged directly into the fios ONT via ethernet.

        What DNS settings do you hve in Orbi. You can find the DNS settings in the web GUI (orbilogin.com) under >> BASIC >> Internet >>
