Weak upload speeds?!
Have anyone notice a weaker upload speed after setting up this device or is it my isp? Cause my down speed is off the chart! But my up seems to be very inconsistent!

Are you doing a wireless test? Can you also try to plug your device directly into the Orbi Router (using a a wired connection) and repeat? How about if you do the speed test by bypassing your Orbi Router and plugging directly into the modem?
Hope this helps, it would show what kind of impact the wireless vs Orbi itself vs your ISP.
