What does this mean in the 2.3.1.44 firmware?
Release notes for .44 say
- Fixes the issue where the Armor activation fails if the device is offline
What does this mean? I must have missed a memo about something called Armor.
- NETGEAR Armor is an advanced multi-layer cyber security solution that protects not only your network but individual devices as well. NETGEAR Armor protects your devices from viruses, spyware, hackers, spam, and phishing.
This was introduced recently in Orbi, from software version 2.3.0.32.

Thanks. I assume Armor only operates when the Orbi is in Router mode. Mine is in AP mode.
