when did orbi merged both 2ghz and 5ghz? it caused some of my deevices to go offline

When Orbi first came out 4 years ago. It's how Orbi is designed to use 1 SSID name for both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. Separation of SSIDs is not supported by NG.&nbsp;&nbsp;

but i had two sep networks before recent update

Default code for FW is to only use 1 ssid name. If you separated the SSIDs before the update, then you'll need to do that again.&nbsp;&nbsp;Good Luck.&nbsp;
