why is customer service so poor?

Not providing a phone number... brilliant for cost savings.  Not for having your product returned and slammed in reviews.  

 

Followed the "instructions" of a woman in a video following the basic steps required for setup.  Only problem is that "router not found" continues to pop up on my phone and there is no help or further direction.

 

This post and this product have been a waste of my time.  Your customer service is garbage and I'll be spreading the word.

    Try setting up the router using a wired PC and web broswer? 

    Ensure your setup phone is connected to the new SSID wifi after getting it setup? 

    Review the User manual for setup details?

      ... and find that manual by working out the model number.
