WiFi dropping sporadically
I have gone through these forums looking for a solution....
So I use Xfinity.
My Cable modem is an Arris SB8200.
It seems that my WiFi is a sporidically dropping (and has been for some undetermined time frame, it may be when I upgraded the Cable Modem a few months ago)
Netgear support wants to charge me for the fix. they say it is some setting I have incorrect. I can't really afford to drop $90 for a new support contract.
Any ideas on what I need to alter?
Thanks!

1. what actual router do you have?
2. what firmware is on the router?
3. is it only wifi? do wired devices drop?
4. are you using wan port aggregation with the sb8200?

Sorry Orbi Router is RBR750 (purchased through Costco if that makes a difference)
Firmware Version V3.2.18.1_1.4.14
I never notice anything connected to the main router dropping but from satelites yes.
For WAN Port integration do you mean this setting? I have internet port selected.
WAN Preference Internet Port (1 Gbps) WAN aggregation (1 Gbps + 1 Gbps, LACP-IEEE802.3ad) You might get more help in the orbi ax forums as the users are more familar with the Orbi AX. I don't have one so can't attest to how well they work/firmware issues with them.

One thing I would advise, don't use the 2nd port on the sb8200 with other devices or wan port aggregation. Its known to have issues with xfinity (drops).
