WiFi firmware update errors

Trying to check for firmware update and it always says error...

      Yes.... so I just got everything set up and it says super fast speeds available to stream 4K movies on multiple devices... so I try it out and immediately I have troubles streaming a 4K movie on a single device. Support said to update my firmware and it says error.

    What Firmware is currently loaded?

    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

     

    Are you checking FW updates with the Orbi app or with a PC and web browser connected to the RBRs web page? Using the PC and web browser is perferred. 

     

    What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

     

    Are you streaming 4K over a wireless or wired connection?
