Win10 stopped connecting to my routers DNS server

Is IPv6 enabled on the RBR?
Using ISP detected DNS or custom DNS on the RBR?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
You cleared the DNS cache on the Win10 PC?
Connect the Win10 PC directly to the ISP modem/ONT to see if it works there with out the RBR being online?
Setting a manual DNS Static address on the Win10 PC change anything?
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellite(s) been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
Brand and model# of the ethernet adapter in the Win10 PC?
Ensure drivers are up to date aswell.

Thank you for the insights. I have flushed IPv6 and tested the DNS settings on the operating system. I plan to power cycle the router once my wife finishes working from home. Fortunately, she uses a Mac and is experiencing no issues. I manually configured the IP address, which enabled me to start debugging the dynamic IP issue.
