Win10 stopped connecting to my routers DNS server

Is IPv6 enabled on the RBR?
Using ISP detected DNS or custom DNS on the RBR?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
You cleared the DNS cache on the Win10 PC?
Connect the Win10 PC directly to the ISP modem/ONT to see if it works there with out the RBR being online?
Setting a manual DNS Static address on the Win10 PC change anything?
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellite(s) been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
Brand and model# of the ethernet adapter in the Win10 PC?
Ensure drivers are up to date aswell.

i had this happen to windows 11 pro computer.
the way i resolved this was to assigne static IP addresses IP4, every thing started to work.
this is some thing that started right after windows 11 update

So Win11 had been working then suddently exhibited this issue after an update? Might check into this update and see if it can be removed to see if it fixes this.
There has been some known issues with recent Win11 updates. Something to check into.
What is the brand and model# of the ethernet adapter and wireless adapters in these PCs?
