Orbi does not appear to support WPS PIN method of connection:

Try this:

Replace 192.168.1.1 with your router IP address:

http://192.168.1.1/hidden_info.htm

You should see the "PIN Code" along with the rest of the secrets.  Save a copy of that for future reference.
