🔴 Nighthawk M2 - does not allow connection to the local IP

Hello. I have encountered a very unpleasant problem. I cannot connect to any local IP address via Netgear M2 (branded Telstra). Internet access is available (sites are loaded without problems), but I can't access the shell of devices connected to Netgear's wifi \ lan network. I changed SIM cards, thinking that the problem is in them, but no. The problem is exactly on the Netgear side. I even downloaded Simple Web Server to be sure of the problem and yes, I couldn't go to the local address it gave me.

Simply put:
I have a Mini PC on an Orange PI 5 Plus, it has an OS from belabox.net on it, which opens to a local IP. I can see this local IP in wifi or lan connected to netgear, but entering this address I get a connection error.

1. Changing APN in router settings did not help.
2. Putty does not let me look at ssh, it gives a connection error when I try to connect.
3. There are no firmware on Netgear, the native firmware is NTGX24_10.19.03.00.
4. disabled all settings in Netgear Settigns > Advanced Settings = no effect. Turned them back on.
5. Pinged everything possible. I pinged everywhere, including the local ip and belabox.local - everything is ok. Pinging a non-existent ip in the local network, for example 1.193 - accordingly gives an error. That is, everything works correctly here too.

It turns out that Netgear for some reason just doesn't let me to local ip addresses.... How to fix it?

P.S. When connecting to Orange PI home internet (from router patchcord to orange pi) - no problems and I can access local ip addresses.
