Hello, I recently purchased the Nighthawk M6 Pro MR6400 hotspot. Unlike the MR5200 and MR6500, it does not seem to want to power on without the battery connected when tethered to a PC. I checked all of the settings in all three hotspots and they are identical. The USB port is set to charging and tethering. The same exact PC and USB-C port on my PC works for the MR5200 and the MR6500, but will not work for the MR6400. Is there a way to bypass this? I have checked the power settings of the device and they appear to be identical. I am purposefully not installing the battery except for when I will be traveling with the device. Thanks!Nighthawk M1 battery charging problem
I have just bought a Netgear Nighthawk M1 through Telstra to enable working in the field. Plugged into the wallmount to charge and the battery seems to drain instead. It will only charge through USB which defeats the purpose of being completely mobile. There is a community discussion on this going back to 2014 but no obvious solution offered. Any suggestions?Netgear Nighthawk M1 Charging Issues
Hello, so I’ve been using the NETGEAR Nighthawk M1 MR1100 Mobile Router for a while now. And I noticed a little issue with the charging, whenever I leave it charging overnight (while it’s at 13% of charge) and check back in the morning, it doesn’t charge as fast meaning it will be at about 24% after a day of charging. And this really annoys me because I always take my Mobile Router with me whenever I go outside, and it always runs out of battery because of this issue. Before you ask me these: 1- I cleaned the Gold contacts both on the battery and the device. 2- I soft restarted the device. 3- I took out the battery out of the device and waited for over 30 seconds. 4- The cable is not damaged nor the battery or the device it self. (I doubled checked).MR6150 APN error 512 and intermittenly not finding sim
Hey, I have the Nighthawk MR6150 and it worked pretty flawlessly for a couple of months. But recently now it started getting the APN 512 error maybe once a day, but now it wont really stay on longer than 10-15 minutes. If I reboot it it usually just wont find my sim card, so I gotta unplug and replug the power a couple of times before it finds my sim. It might be a sim issue, but that worked fine before the errors started popping off. I have tried manually setting the APN, but that doesnt really seem to do anything. I also tried a factory reset, didnt really work. Im out of ideas, so if anyone got any suggestions please let me know.LM1300 LTE modem stops routing traffic between the WAN and LAN ports after 6 hours approximately
I have setup my LM1300 between my broadband connection and my Netgear Orbi Pro router to serve as a failover when the broadband connection is unavailable However the LM1300 stops routing traffic from the WAN port after 6 hours. The broadband connection is still available but the LM1300 does not route traffic. All 4 lights are green on the modem. It also does not failover to 4G at this point. When this occurs all internet connectivity is lost. This has been an issue since purchase (i.e. the modem has never worked properly) This issue has been reported on this forum in one from or another quite a few times now by a number of users over many months and I have not seen any resolution. If there is new firmware available to address this problem please indicate where I can download it otherwise please advise on how the problem can be resolved. I have taken the following steps: Checked for firmware updates using the modem settings web page. The modem initially downloaded a firmware update when I first turned it on but no new updates since then. Factory reset the modem. This actually seemed to help for a while. The modem ran for 2 days after the factory reset without dropping the WAN. However I triggered a WAN failover as a test to make sure the LTE functionality worked. The modem switched to LTE as expected and then switched back when I reconnected the WAN. 6 hours later the WAN connection dropped again. So the factory reset did not fix the issue. Here are the modem details: Firmware Version: EC25AFFDR07A09M4G App Version: NTG9X07C_20.06.09.00 Web App Version: LM1300-HDATA_03.03.103.201 Bootloader Version: Hardware Version: 1.0 Please advise how this issue can be resolved. The modem is essentially useless at this point since it requires manual intervention every 6 hours. Thanks DMAircard 763S MEP Unlock tool for Windows 10
I want to unlock my Aircard 763S but I am having issues downloading and running Aircard Watcher. I have downloaded and started the exe file from http://downloadcenter.netgear.com/en/#searchResults but it will not run on my Windows 10 OS. I can not find that the program has been loaded and installed either. Is there a more up-to-date download file that I should use? Need some help on this as I am stuck. Also, does anyone have the unlock MEP code for the Roger's version of this? Thanks a lot. ErikNighthawk M2 IP PassThrough stops working when idle
So I have a Nighthawk M2 in IP PassThrough with a VPN tunnel uplink over time it disconnects from 4G network for some reason and as soon as I login to the Nighthawk it springs to life. firmware NTG24_10.19.03.00 So anyone else having this problem? the ISP is o2Wifi seems to segragate 2.4 and 5Ghz devices on M2 (MR2100)
The wifi on the Nighthawk M2 (MR2100) seems to separate the traffic on the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz wifi bands. A computer connected to the 5Ghz band can't print to a printer on the 2.4Ghz band. I have to change the computer to connect to the 2.4Ghz band. If I connect to the router froom the computer on the 5Ghz band, I can see the printer's IP address connected on the 2.4Ghz WiFi on the router dashboard, but can't print or even ping it. If I reconnect the computer to the 2.4Ghz Wifi print and ping are fine. I can't seem to find any setting in this router to separate the networks. #Nighthawk M2 MR2100netgear nighthawk m1 MR1100
Hello a few days ago the message appeared: Keine Verbindung mit diesem Netzwerk möglich (no connection possible to this network) when I tried to connect any device to the MR1100. Any device means: a samsung mobile S23 with Android, a Microsoft surface with windwos 11, an apple IPAD pro with IOS 18. What can I do to find out how to reanimate the MR1100 without access from a computer via WiFi to it. Thanks for Help Gorow
