Hi all, can someone help me with my router. I set the billing cycling for 4th Of each month. But no matter what I do I always get 0 days left on the data remaining information. I tried everything and it doesn’t work at all. Is it a bug? I’m using on EE and tried the same sim on one M1, and it works normally. Should I replace the router? Is anyone else having this problem? I have the latest firmware

    Have you tried resetting the router? If not, please do so. 

     

    May we please know the device SKU (MR1100-100xxx)? Kindly provide as well the firmware version.

      Well, thank you for your response. I think it's better later than never.

      I did reset, factory reset and well, nothing as I said before.

       

      But at the end [not] thanks to your poor customer service (that was blaming my provider after transfer my calls 5 times) or this abandoned forum I end up taking the unity back as it was clearly faulty. The new unity came working fine and the days are counting normal, without I ever bothering my provider.
