5G Hotspot (MR6500) Configuration Lockdown

Our company issues hotspots and set a specific ssid and MAC whitelist to match specific laptops to prevent users from connecting other devices to the hotspot. On the 4G Netgear Nighthawk hotspots, this worked great. Now looking at getting 5G devices, there is an issue.

On the newer 5G Netgear Hotspots, they allow configuration from the touch LED screen. Adding a pin to the device prevents the user from being able to shut down the device without the pin. If they have the pin, they are able to change any settings on the device. The management UI doesn't have any additional options than the 4G management interface and there are no options for preventing configuration changes from the LED screen.

Is there any settings or specials tricks I am missing here? Also, if we got Insight Pro, would this allow us to prevent configuration changes to be made from the LED screen on the MR6500 5G Nighthawk devices? I do not believe Netgear provides 5G hotspots without touch screens.
