762s hotspot is undocked to AirCard Smart Cradle DC112A
i have been using my NETGEAR hotspot 762s and 760s to my AirCard Smart Cradle DC112A for the last 6 months flawlessly, only today morning my hub cant detect both hotspots i tried.
the hub is continuously charging the hotspots and i also can get the signal through the attached external antenna.. but the WiFi icon will never change to the docking icon.
i changed the setting to power user, i updated the hub and the hotspots to the latest firmwares but no success
any help is much appreciated
