815S Strength vs Speed
Which is more important? I have four bars and -67dmb, but the speed goes down. If I get 3 bars and -74dmb the speed is faster.

The strength of the LTE signal is not a relevant indication about the capabilities/bandwidth the LTE operators has technically available at the LTE tower you are connected to or how many clients are using the shared bandwidth.
From speed perspective, signal quality is far more important that strength. For signal strength it is enough that your device is inside good signal strength limits.
