AC 785S retail unlock can´t find sim or signal

Guy please help me out ! The unit has been running very well for one year or so but yesterday when I looked at the display I see that it shows that I dont have any simcard or signal? I have been trying to reflash it but that only made it worse. The unit has always been plugged in to the wall what can I do? Its my prime internet surce.

    Have you tried to factory reset the aircard? You can find this option under settings-general-software and reset.
