AC340U (AT&T Beam) Windows 10 Firmware will not load.

Anybody had any luck in getting this firmware to load? Mine gets to about 98% and fails.

Have you tried to factory reset the device and then update the firmware?

how do you reset back to factory settings? I can't figure out how to get it to a mode to accept AT commands. It shows up as a network interface and not a com port in device manager.
