AC785 can't connect to to he broadband of my ISP

Hi

 

My AC785 suddenly refuses to connect to my ISP broadband channel.

The device has been working flawlessly untill a few days ago. It detects that I am connected to Tele2 (www.tele2.se) but it refuses to get the broadband connectivity to work. No 4g or 3g connection. Only a Zero with a dash strike through inthe status display.

I am using

NTG9X25A_02.08.00.11

FW Build Date:

09/26/14

Web App Version:

AC785S-1_03.03.58.02

Bootloader Version

NTG9X25A_02.08.00.11

 

 

I have tried to upgrade to the latest firmware but it fails.

I have also tried to do afactory reset but no change in behaviour.

The ac785 also complained abut a failed FW upgrade once but I have notbeeb able to replicate that message.

 

Anyone that have any idea?

    Have you checked with the ISP make sure the SIM card is still working?

      The SIM card works perfectly fine with other equipment such as the Netgear Nighthawk with built in 4g modem. 
      I have tried to do a factory reset and then it works for a while but suddenly the mobile broadband gets blocked again.
      Once I got a notification about a failed firmware upgrade but I have not been able to reproduce that message.
