ac790 - software update
Hi.
I'm not able to update the software on my AC790 unit. I've tried on the iphone app which comes up with an error and also on the unit which just seems to stay on "Checking for updates..." forever.
Has:
1) Anyone seen this issue
2) Anyone found a fix?

The day count has started working. Strange thing is that this started working again by itself.
Not sure that should happen.
How about a firmware update to improve stability?

Are you able to log into the GUI on a Laptop or a PC and try to update it?

Hi,
I can get to the GUI update page on my computer, but update does not happen.
I sometimes get an error if I update from the device and other times it tries to update from the device but doesn't do anything more.
It is possible I suppose that there are no further updates available.
Can someone confirm if NTG9X35C_11.11.00.00 is the latest firmware update?

Have the same problem and firmawre from August 2015: NTG9X35C_11.11.00.00 It would be strange to not realease any updates through the whole year. My device freezes everyday and battery needs to be removed in order make it working again. I think that firmware is bad, because once it works everything seems to be ok.
Did you find a solution? On netgear website I could find newer firmware only for 790S Zein:
AC790S-1Z1MES_1244504_NTG9X35C_11.02.03.01_00_Zain_001.008_000-field.exe (Firmware)
