AC790 can't lock to home service provider

My home network is 3Uk. When I switch on my AC790, sometimes it connects to 3UK network but sometimes connects to other networks such as EE or O2 which I have no access. So I have to connect to 3UK manually. Even though my AC790 is connected to 3UK manually, the connection can easily drop and the device connects to other networks automatically. May I know is there any method to solve the problem and can enable my device to be connected to home network permanently? Thanks.
