AC791L Port Forward not working

I am trying to setup port forwarding on the AC791L hotspot to remotely view a security camera and cannot get port forwarding or dmz to work on this device. The camera has a ddns server on it and works like it should, but when I do a port scan it shows the ports are closed.

    Have you checked to see if the ISP is blocking those ports?
