Ac791L windows xp Drivers

So I have a jetpack that is advertised as being able to usb tether to a computer that is running windows XP. The directions say that the link to download the appropriate drivers are in the settings on the jetpack itself, I have logged in via wifi connection and where it lists  I need to go to get the drivers does not exist. Does anyone know where I can get the drivers to make the jetpack work on a windows xp machine? I have already emailed tech support for netgear and called into verizon customer care to get an answer and they had no drivers they could send me, only to go to where the instructions say to, which does not work. Thanks!
