Is there any possibility to connect LAN by RJ45 on an AC810 without the Smart-Cradle which is no loger available in europe? How would this proceed?

This one goes to Netgear production people:
We need AC810-100EUS compatible Smart Cradle as soon as possible, because there is no router with LAN ports at market that can handle usb-to-ethernet routing speeds over 300 Mbps although they may have USB2 or USB3 interfaces. As 450 Mbps downlink speed is expected to come widely available next year, this is a pretty nasty bottleneck that should be resolved.
