After unlock AirCard 770S not feel with sim signal

Hi
My router has offically unlocked by AT&amp;T successfully with no error messages
but once i try to use (VIVA / Zain) in Kuwait , it doesn't feel with SIM and doesn't show signal
how can fix this issue

This is more of an isolated issue. Have you tried using a different sim?&nbsp;
