AirCard 313U on MacOS Sierra

I've been happily using the AT&T branded AirCard 313U on MacOS X with my AT&T account. I upgraded yesterday to MacOS Sierra, and the card is no longer working. I've re-installed the AT&T AllAccess ap...

Im having problems with it even though I downloaded the netgear watcher

Inwould really appreciate your help with this matter

Try to use the Netgear watcher program you may even want to close out the ATT software to see if it will detect the 313U.

more details on what I'm seeing in MacOS settings : I launch System Information, under hardware, under USB, under the USB 3.0 Bus, I see "AirCard 313U" listed, with the Manufacturer of "Sierra Wireless, Incorporated" and other values that appear to be sane.
