Aircard 320 U card with 313u driver

Hello

I am having an issue with the telstra 4g  320u sierra wireless card.

When i attached the device it will not show up to connect in the telsta manager as being available.

However, if i use a program called iPass which helps switch between mobile,wireless and wired connections the device is not visiible to connect but in the settings it has 2 drivers available.

As soon as i select the 320u driver as prefered it will come up in both ipass and telstra manager then i can connect without issue, but i have to do this procedure everytime i restart my laptop.....

Is there a way i can remove the 313u driver and just have the 320U WWAn???

i cannot find it in admin tools in device manager.
