Hello: The band LTE (4G) of 700 MHz is of the USA norm (B17) or the Asia Pacific norm (B28)? The dispositive support LTE AWS 1700 Mhz (B4)? Thanks.

The bands I found that this card supports are UMTS 850/1900/2100 MHz

It does not support LTE?
