Aircard 770s modem failures

Goodnight,I have a Netgear modem Airdcard 770s, the problem is that trailed off and on, a white image appears on the screen, with black lettering that says "Can not connect to destination (127.0.0.1)"The modem works, the wifi is fine, but can not enter administration, to change options or to reset wifi.I thank the person who can help me.

Yes, you can connect both wireless and USB cable.The message is not cleared, or the modem is turned off.The modem works perfect, just can not change the key wifi, or make a factory reset.Thank you for your help.
