AirCard 771S Data usage limit

My hotspot shows a display that says " 5 GB out of 6 GB Left"

(obviously the 5 changes as data is used)

 

My limit is 12 GB, and Sprint seems to incomptent to solve the problem. They just tell me they can not unlock my device....

 

My question is, how can I change that 6 to show 12? On sprints website, it shows the correct number, so it is not a plan issue. I just want the device to show more accurate information.

    Hello TheRoxzilla

     

    Make sure you are on the latest firmware but you will have to work with sprint some more to solve this issue.
