Aircard 785 Dropping out
I have just bought an Aircard 785 and set it up easily. I have 2 bars signal to Gomo (Ireland) and when I first connected Macbook Pro the Aircard connected no problem. Tested using Youtube and it worked fine for about 2 minutes then video buffered and would not run. Now each time I connect to the Aircard my internet (at home) seems disabled and I can no longer connect via Aircard. It seems my home router has decided to block the Aircard signal. My home wifi works fine still.
Anyone know why it has blocked the hotspot or is something else going on?
I esolved the problem myself. I checked the APN settings which were showing "meteor" which is no longer active in Ireland as the serice is now run by EE so by checking and then changing the APN settings I had full internet service.
Hope this helps others

Hi freddyuk
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
Checking on the device LCD screen, please describe the hotspot's status.
Kindly reset the hotspot. Here's how:
1. Press the Power and Navigation buttons at the same time for five seconds.
2. Press the Navigation button to cycle to the Factory Reset screen.
3. To start the factory reset, press the Power button.
It takes about one minute to complete a factory reset.
4. After the device resets, reconnect WiFi devices.Regards,
Blanca
