Aircard 785S Battery wont charge and no wireless while battery in device
Aircard 785S Battery wont charge and when plugged into power wireless wont work.
Telstra have said that this is a common issue and the bettery needs to be replaced but all they can do is give you the number for Netgear Support, good luck getting through if you work for a living!
Oh and trying to use the Netgear Support website just tells you to call support!
If anyone needs me I'll be slowly banging my head on my desk while on hold...

- I had the same problem but have figured it out. The battery does not charge when it gets too hot. It must cool down first. What I do is wrap it in a paper towel and put it in the freezer for 2-3 minutes and it immediately starts charging again. I suppose that a cooling mat would work as well, but this has worked for me over 10 times so I assume the problem is the battery overheating.
