Hello, I have a similar problem. I can turn the device on, but the battery won't charge neither from the wall socket nor from the computer. How to solve this problem?

    WIll yours turn on with the device plugged in to the mains, with the battery removed?

    Sounds like you have a duff battery.

      Yes, it turns on with and w/o battery when plugged into the mains. Probably dead battery indeed. Do you know if I can send it backfor replacement somewhere?
