Aircard 790s - Firmware not working

Good evening guys!

 

I have a problem when I try to search for new firmwares of my AirCard 790S.

I haven't got the BigPond one, but a beta tester's one.

 

The following message appears(I'm translating from Italian, so maybe not literaly):

 

There was a problem during the upgrade of the device . Please try again later .

 

What can I do? Do you know where can i found and download manually firmwares?

    Hello piciu91

     

    You will have to contact Bigpond about the firmware.

      Yes Netgear does not have any firmware for direct  download for the 790s Bigpond you will have to contact there support for help on this.
