Aircard 810
I am using the AIRCARD 810 4G modem with a prepaid data card. Using the card requires activation by dialing a USSD code and the responding to questions using numbers. I couldn't find a way to do this in the web interface and by using the mobile application. The only way is to remove sim and place in a phone dial the code (*103#) to activate data and then put it in the Modem. My question is can this be done in the web interface?
Several cheaper model can do that, so I don't understand why it is not possible with this model.
Thank you for your help.

Hi Geof17,
Please refer to the NETGEAR kb link below for entering SIM pins:

Please let me know if this works for you. :]

Hi Jason,
thank you for your reply but my trouble is not about the SIM pins but about the use of a USSD command (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data).
I need to use some commands (i.e. quick codes or featured codes) to get several informations such as data or money balance... But to do this, I need a virtual phone keypad to send request and received answer. This is a basic request information available for all phone operator. However, I did not find any way to do this in the web interface. Is it possible to such kind of operation with the Aircard 810?
