Aircard 810s randomly restarting

My new aircard 810s is constantly randomly restarting. Does it on its own and docked in a DC112A cradle with and without external antennas. Have tried factory reset and updates but says there's no updates. This is an unlocked version with an Optus 4G sim. Have tried contacting netgear but there online contact us doesn't work, so this is my last resort I guess before I pack it all up and send it back to the retailer for a full refund! Really like this modem when it works! Please can anybody help! :(
