AirCard 815S Issues

I have been having trouble with my Air Card. Whenever it's USB tethered to my laptop or computer it will rapidly disconnect and reconnect to it about every five seconds. From what I have seen I think it is only when the battery is full. Is there anything I can do to keep a stable internet connection and not switch back to just using Wi-Fi?

    Have you tried to use a new USB cable?

      Quite a few diffrent ones. From what I can tell it has something to do with when it stops charging.
