Yes mostly, but we take away on weekends where is not plugged in. Does the same.

Generally though in the booster craddle

Is your device up-to-date with the most current firmware and have you done a factory reset on it?

Yes have done all that.

Read through posts on another site and they suggested the factory reset but that didn't work
