Have you tried AC810 factory reset ? It would not be a surprise if it would fix the problem.
Yes, but it doesn;t seem to have made any difference.
I can confirm real world DL speed level almost 380 Mbps today with AC810-100EUS using 3CA 64-QAM commercial network.

Great news to hear that it is possible, now the question is how can I replicate it.
What was the setup please? Are you using the docking station and a wired ethernet conenction to the PC or laptop?
What did you use to test the speed, like downloading large files, Ookla speedtest, Iperf or something else?
In this case my car test setup was AC810-100EUS 4G+ connection+5GHz Wifi Galaxy S8+ device with Ookla speedtest app.
You need capable basestation 3CA activated and working. RSSNR level near flat 30 which probably predicts high enough RSRQ levels too(=low interference). Last but not least you have to know the correct time to do this test, I mean when there is no rush hour traffic. Usually enough capacity is free at early mornings. Of course, population density and number of customers using same basestation will affect the performance numbers.
