AT&T approved device unlock for M6 MR6500 but left code field blank - Need help

Hello Community Moderators,

I have a Netgear Nighthawk M6 (MR6500) originally from AT&T. I requested a device unlock via AT&T's official portal, and it was officially APPROVED (Request Number: NUL371191446674).

However, due to a known glitch in AT&T's system, the email confirmation left the "Unlock Code" field completely blank. I am currently in Colombia and cannot use my local SIM card because the device screen says "Device Locked".

Since my support warranty is expired on MyNetgear, I am posting here hoping a Netgear Moderator can assist me in retrieving my factory unlock code. I have the proof of approval from AT&T ready.
