Blue Blinking Power Light?

I noticed a few days ago that my device's power-up light started blinking twice when I powered it up.  The device boots up fine and works, but it continually blinks twice while it's on.  Is there a problem or is this normal?

    I would just keep a eye on it could just be the LED if the device is working properly.
