C6300 Product Label Lost
My 4 year old lost my Label insert. I call Spectrum and provide them the Cable Information MAC. I also provided the Internet Port MAC address in both instances Spectrum says they can't see the cable modem it is connected as it takes me to the website saying the account is past due. I also provided the Serial Number of the Netgear still unable to see it. How do I find the REAL MAC Address.

WIld idea (as I have no Cxxxx to test) - disconnect from the cable network, cold boot the C6300, connect a computer, and connect to the default gateway IP most likely assigned to the computer, like http://192.168.1.1/
