Can’t register on my MR5100
My friend bought 2 MR5100 and gave me one as a Christmas present , we both had trouble registering after typing in the serial number and unfortunately he wasn’t so lucky cause after having it for 4 days , his modem won’t turn on even when he bought a new battery so please can anyone let me know if there is any repair shop in Sydney that can fix the problems and is there any way to register the modem , it’s a shame that my mate paid around 1800 for the two modems and now he’s regretting it , if anyone can help please let me know , thx

In this case, the product registration (these can't be registered on https://my.netgear.com/ !) as well as the warranty and DoA service is handled by Telstra.
