Cannot logi in to LB1120 modem

Hi, I used to be able to log in to the LB1120's web GUI, but after a firmware update I can't log into it anymore. It says the password is wrong. I had previously changed the default passoword on the label to another password. When that didn't work I tried using the passoword printed on the label and that didn't work either. So I did a factory reset and tried logging on again using the default passowrd and it still won't work. It keeps saying that the passowrd is wrong. Any ideas on what I can do about this would be appreciated. Thank you.
